Who can get a 3-day trial?
Visitors who open an Exness account via the Phoenix Scalper partner link, use a cent account, and have made a deposit. The trial is free.
Why do I need to use our partner link?
The system verifies automatically through Exness partner data. Accounts created without our link cannot be detected.
I already have an Exness account. Can I use it?
Only if the account was registered through our link. Otherwise, there are two options: register a new account via the Register Exness button, or submit a Change partner request in the Exness Personal Area (processed within 3 business days). Once approved, create a new MT5 cent account (the old account will not be transferred) and submit a trial request with that new account number.
Do I need a cent or standard account?
The trial uses a cent account, because the EA settings are calculated for cent accounts.
How much is the deposit for the trial?
A minimum deposit of $276 to the cent account is recommended so the EA works as configured. Funds remain yours at the broker; Phoenix Scalper does not hold your funds.
Do I need to deposit before filling out the form?
No. You can fill out the form first; the system waits for your deposit for up to 7 days.
Do I need to register on the website first?
No need. A website account is created automatically when the trial is approved. If you already have an account, log in first so your details are filled in automatically.
Can I try Supernova and Black Hole?
Yes. Each EA can be tried once, so if one EA isn't a good fit, you can try the other. You cannot try the same EA twice.
What email should I enter?
The same email as your Exness account. Verification is based on this email, so if it's different, the account won't be detected.
What information is required?
Name, email, WhatsApp number, EA choice, and MT5 account number (entered twice to avoid typos).
Why can't I paste into the Repeat account number field?
So you retype it and any typos are caught before submitting.
Why does a message say this phone number is already registered to another account?
That number is already used by another account. Log in with that account's email, or use a different number of yours.
Why does a message say you've already received this EA trial?
You have already used this EA trial. You can still try other EAs you haven't tested yet, or choose a package directly (15% discount for partner broker clients).
How do I check my trial status?
Open the Check trial status tab (enter your email and account number), click the View trial status button in the email, or log in to your account.
Status Under review, how long does it take?
Usually a few minutes. New account data from Exness can sometimes be delayed by a few hours; the server rechecks automatically every 15 minutes, no need to resubmit.
Status Not detected?
The account was created without our link, the email differs from your Exness account email, or the data hasn't arrived yet. If needed, create an account using the Register Exness button, then click Change account number.
Registered via the link and deposited, but not verified yet?
Wait for the automatic check (up to 24 hours). Make sure the email matches your Exness account email and the deposit went into the same account. After 24 hours, contact support via WhatsApp.
Status Waiting for deposit?
The account has been detected; just deposit into that account. Once the deposit arrives, the license is sent automatically.
Entered the wrong account number?
Click Change account number, or submit the form again with the same email. The previous application will be replaced automatically.
Typed the wrong email?
Submit the form again with the correct email and the same account number; the previous application will be replaced automatically.
What if there's no progress after 7 days?
The application expires and you'll receive a notification email. You can apply again anytime.
What will I receive?
One email containing the license key, EA file, installation guide, and (for new accounts) a Set password button to log in to the dashboard.
License email not received?
Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder. If it's still missing, contact support via WhatsApp using the email you used.
When does the 3-day period start?
From the moment the EA is first active on MT5, not from when the email is sent.
How many accounts can be used during the trial?
1 real account and 1 demo account.
Do I need a VPS?
Highly recommended, so the EA runs 24 hours even when your computer is off. See the VPS page.
Can I monitor the trial from my phone?
Yes, via the Dashboard and EA Control on the website after setting a password.
What happens after 3 days?
EA entered grace mode: it will not open new positions or cycles, but will complete any running positions until TP or SL, then stop. Trading data and history on the dashboard remain saved.
How do I continue?
Choose a package on the product page. Your account stays the same, and partner broker clients get a 15% discount.
Can I trial again?
Only for EAs you have not tried before. For the same EA, continue by choosing a package.
