1.Data We Collect

• Identity and contact data: full name, email address, mobile phone number (including country code), country, and account code.
• Trading account data: MetaTrader 5 account number, account type, and the broker you have selected.
• Order data: the package purchased, payment amount, discount applied, payment status and method, and license history.
• Data from the EA: when the EA runs on your MT5 account, the EA transmits data to our servers for license verification and dashboard display, such as EA status, balance, equity, positions, and profit summary.
• Partner data: for those who register for the Partner Program, full name as stated on the national identity card (KTP), national identity number (NIK), photograph of the KTP, WhatsApp number, promotional channels, and bank account details for commission disbursement.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, language and display preferences, and application notification tokens, which are required for the website to function and remain secure.
• We do not store credit card, debit card, or bank account data of purchasers. Payments are processed directly by our payment provider, Midtrans.

2.Purposes of Data Use

• Processing your orders and payments.
• Generating, delivering, and verifying EA licenses on your MT5 account.
• Providing dashboards and reports to monitor and control the EA.
• Delivering important information, such as license keys, active period reminders, EA notifications, and product updates by email, application, or WhatsApp.
• Administering the Partner Program, including partner verification, client recording, and calculation and disbursement of commissions.
• Providing customer support.
• Maintaining the security of our services and preventing misuse of licenses or fraud.
• Fulfilling legal obligations, including transaction recordkeeping and taxation.

3.Third Parties Receiving Data

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary with:

• Midtrans, for processing payments.
• Server and hosting providers, on which our website and database operate.
• Google, for storage of backup copies of data.
• Email, notification, and WhatsApp service providers, for sending messages to you.
• Partner brokers, specifically for programs that require registration through our referral link, for the purpose of matching your account.
• The partner who referred you, who may only view your data in masked form, your account code, subscription status, and commissions.
• AI service providers, for analyzing economic calendar data; no personal data is transmitted for this purpose.
• Competent authorities, where required by law.
• Some of the providers above may store data on servers located outside Indonesia.

4.Cookies

This website uses cookies that are necessary for the website to function, namely to maintain login sessions, form security, and to store your language and display preferences. If you access the website through a partner link, the partner code is stored in a cookie for 730 days to record the partner who referred you. We do not use advertising cookies.

5.Security and Storage

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored in encrypted form, and access to data is restricted.
• Partner KTP photographs are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible and may only be opened by administrators.
• IP addresses used for counting partner link clicks are stored in masked form.
• Backup copies are created daily and retained for a maximum of 30 days.
• Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Transaction records may be retained for longer where required by statutory regulations, for example for taxation purposes.

6.Your Rights

In accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to:

• know and obtain a copy of your personal data;
• correct inaccurate data, some of which may be corrected directly through the Profile page;
• request deletion of data, except for data that we are legally required to retain;
• withdraw consent to the management of data or notifications. Please note that withdrawal of consent may render certain services unavailable to you, for example license verification.
• To exercise these rights, contact us by email at the address below. We will respond to your request as promptly as possible and within the time limits prescribed by statutory regulations.

7.Age Restriction

Our services are intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect data of children under the age of majority.

8.Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or through the website, and the update date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
